Calendar Jan 10, 2020 at 5 pm, runs for 10 weeks

All genres of dance require a level of strength and flexibility.

This class will help you take your Ballet extension and spin it. Take your Jazz split and roll it. Take your Hip Hop freeze and flip it. Learn how to encourage your physical strength and flexibility by utilizing what you have and understanding how it can be expanded in different skills and styles. This is an excellent class to work on tricks and skills you have not quite mastered yet. This is also an amazing class to spark a creativite perspective and passion for experimentation and confidence to try new things. Dancers must have a basic foundation in all styles or currently taking classes elsewhere to have optimal safety and prevent injury in their bodies.
